- 1. Mix the ingredients of sweet and sour juice, and then boil the sugar.

- 5. Put the sweet and sour juice in a pot, then add ginger.

- 7. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for more than 30 minutes. You can also choose to cook it for a longer time, as it will be more flavorful. Boil the ginger vinegar and set it aside for later use.
