Steps to make Chopped Pepper Fish Head
- 1. Fresh crucian carp head, wash and cut open from the middle (do not break).
- 2. Sprinkle with shredded ginger, cooking wine, and white pepper.
- 3. Wipe it out with your hand.
- 4. Cut the prepared pickled peppers into small pieces. (If you can't eat spicy food, you can switch to green peppers).
- 5. Homemade chopped peppers. (There have been previous practices).
- 6. Cut scallions.
- 7. Spread pickled and chopped peppers on both sides of the fish head.
- After boiling the water in the pot, steam it over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.
