Steps to make Braised Shrimp with Sauce, Pen Tube Fish

  • 1. Prepare the raw materials.
  • 2. Clean the prawns thoroughly, wash the pen tube fish to remove cartilage, cut the green peppers into strips, slice the ginger, and chop the mint into small pieces.
  • 3. Put the pen tube fish in cold water and remove it when the body is taut.
  • 4. Boil the shrimp in cold water and remove.
  • 5. Pour oil into a wok, add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 6. Pour in scallion sauce to stew seafood seasoning and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 7. Stir fry the prawns.
  • 8. Pen and fish.
  • 9. Add a little water and boil for a while, then stir fry with green peppers until well mixed and remove from the pot.
  • 10. After serving, sprinkle mint and you can start eating.
