Steps to make Stewed Ham with Cabbage and Tofu

  • There are three types of ingredients: ham, tofu, and cabbage.
  • 2. Cut the ham into thin slices and the tofu into slightly thicker slices.
  • 3. First, boil the tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes, so that the processed tofu is not easily broken when stewed.
  • 4. Put a little oil in the pot and fry ginger slices and ham slices until the ham slices are slightly transparent.
  • 5. Add cabbage and pepper at the same time.
  • 6. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer.
  • 7. Put the tofu in low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
