  • 5. Add eggs.
  • 6. Stir evenly with a manual mixer.
  • 7. Sift the mixed pudding liquid 2-3 times.
  • 8. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for one hour.
  • 9. Pour the pudding liquid that has been left to settle into the mold, fill it 8-9 minutes full, and add warm water to the baking tray. It is recommended not to heat your hands!
  • 10. Transfer to preheated oven, lower layer, 165 degrees Celsius, 30-35 minutes until the pudding is completely solidified!
