    Steps to make Dry fried soybean sprouts

    • 1. After buying soybean sprouts, soak and wash them in clean water, pinch off the roots.
    • 2. Pinch off the slender roots of the soybean sprouts and stir fry them to make a smooth and non astringent taste.
    • 3. Cut the red chili into small pieces, chop the scallions into small pieces, and shred the ginger.
    • 4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add Sichuan peppercorns, chopped green onions, and shredded ginger. Stir fry until fragrant.
