Coffee jelly

Steps to make Coffee jelly

  • Soak 1.2 tablets of gelatin in cold water until softened
  • 2. Add granulated sugar and gelatin (remove excess water) to freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 3. Stir evenly until the gelatin is completely melted
  • 4. Pour into a fresh-keeping box and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes
  • 5. Add 10g of light cream and powdered sugar, and beat until slightly firm
  • 6. Put the light cream into a piping bag and set aside for later use
  • 7. Take out the coffee that has been refrigerated until it solidifies, cut it into small pieces with a small knife, and make a pot of yogurt jelly at the same time
