Steps to make Coffee jelly
- Soak 1.2 tablets of gelatin in cold water until softened
- 2. Add granulated sugar and gelatin (remove excess water) to freshly brewed hot coffee
- 3. Stir evenly until the gelatin is completely melted
- 4. Pour into a fresh-keeping box and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes
- 5. Add 10g of light cream and powdered sugar, and beat until slightly firm
- 6. Put the light cream into a piping bag and set aside for later use
- 7. Take out the coffee that has been refrigerated until it solidifies, cut it into small pieces with a small knife, and make a pot of yogurt jelly at the same time
- 8. Put the coffee jelly into a cup, squeeze on light cream, and decorate with mint leaves
