Steps to make Fried Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom
- 1. Tea tree mushrooms are cooked soft and difficult to soak, or they can be cooked directly in a pressure cooker.
- 2. Remove the roots and cut into sections.
- 3. Slice pork belly, pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt, stir well, and marinate for half an hour.
- 4. Cut chopped scallions and ginger, then add some chili and garlic sprouts.
