Last week I received French lamb chops from Little Tail Sheep, but I only had time to cook them this week. I only used sea salt, rosemary, and black pepper to marinate them, and saut é ed both sides in olive oil for three minutes. They are absolutely delicious. A bag of 7 yuan, so simple that I fried them all and saved 4 yuan in a second. I feel like a week's worth of walking is wasted, but for foodies, deliciousness is the most important thing, isn't it?! ha-ha

Steps to make [France] Rosemary French Lamb Chop
- 1. Remove and thaw French lamb chops
- 2. Wash away the blood with clean water
- 3. Add rosemary and black pepper
- 4. Add sea salt, gently massage and mix well, then marinate for 1 hour
- 5. In a medium to small hot pot, add an appropriate amount of olive oil and stir fry lamb chops and noodles for 3 minutes
- 6. Fry the reverse side for another 3 minutes
