- 1. Clean the cabbage thoroughly and cut it into large pieces.
- 2. Cut the tofu into triangular pieces.
- 3. Prepare mushrooms, green peppers, and millet peppers.
- 4. Cut the ingredients and set them aside.
- 5. Heat up the oil in a wok, sprinkle some thin salt in the wok, and fry the tofu in the wok.
