Steps to make Liugan tip

  • 1. Wash and prepare the ingredients.
  • 2. Slice cucumber.
  • 3. Slices of pig liver.
  • 4. Rinse repeatedly, soak in water, add white vinegar, and soak for more than 30 minutes.
