Tiaojian is a traditional patterned noodle dish in Shanxi, and also one of the "Four Great Noodles" in Shanxi& nbsp;, (Shanxi's four major wheaten foods: Daoxiao Noodles, knife pulled noodles, Lamian Noodles, and shaved noodles).     Steps to make Shanxi Jianmian
