Steps to make Peanut kernels, fresh meat, glutinous rice dumplings
- 1. Ingredients: Glutinous rice.
- 2. Pork belly (marinated).
- 3. Peanut kernels (pre soaked).
- 4. Zongye (washed).
- 5. Cotton thread.
- 6. Wash the soaked peanut kernels and remove them for later use.
- 7. Wash the glutinous rice, drain the water, and pour it into a large bowl.
- 8. Then, add the peanut kernels, add some salt, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce.
- 9. Harmony.
- 10. Take two overlapping zongzi leaves, roll them into a funnel shape, put in peanut kernels, glutinous rice, and two pieces of pork belly.
- 11. Add peanuts, kernels, and glutinous rice.
- Wrap it according to your own technique and tie it with cotton thread.
- 13. Then, stack them in an electric rice cooker and add Zongzi that has not been wrapped with clean water.
